1. Privacy at a glance
Protecting your personal data matters to us. We process your data exclusively on the basis of statutory provisions (GDPR, German BDSG). This privacy policy informs you about the nature, scope and purpose of the processing of personal data on this website.
2. Responsible party
The party responsible under the GDPR for the processing of personal data on this website is:
TX Medien UG (haftungsbeschränkt)
Jendrik Schröder

Further contact details can be found in our imprint.
3. Contact form
If you send us enquiries via the contact form, the details you provide (name, email address, topic and message) are stored by us to process the enquiry and for any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding) as well as your consent under Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR. To technically deliver your enquiry we use a processor acting on our instructions (see the section “Recipients & processors”); beyond that, your data is not shared without your consent. If enquiries are additionally stored in a database, your IP address is also recorded for abuse prevention (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR).
4. Storage period
We process your data only for as long as required for the respective purpose. Contact form enquiries are deleted once they have been conclusively handled, unless statutory retention obligations apply. If enquiries are additionally stored in a database, we delete them no later than six months after final processing, unless statutory retention obligations apply. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.
5. Hosting & server logs
This website is hosted by a service provider. When the site is accessed, technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, date and time, page requested) is processed in server log files. This serves the secure and stable operation of the website (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR). This data is not merged with other data.
6. SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content — such as the enquiries you send us via the contact form — this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the browser's address bar changing from “http://” to “https://”. When encryption is active, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
7. Spam protection
To protect against abusive requests, we use technical measures (including a hidden honeypot field and a request rate limit). When the captcha is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile is additionally used; your IP address is transmitted to Cloudflare for verification.
8. Recipients & processors
To operate this website, we use carefully selected service providers as processors within the meaning of Art. 28 GDPR, with whom corresponding data processing agreements are in place. (1) Email dispatch: to deliver the enquiries sent via the contact form, we use the service Resend (Resend, Inc., USA); the data you submit is passed on to Resend. (2) Spam protection: when the captcha is enabled, we use Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc., USA). In both cases, personal data may be transferred to the USA (a third country). Such transfers are based on appropriate safeguards pursuant to Art. 44 et seq. GDPR, in particular the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in reliable and secure operation (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR) and, where applicable, the handling of your enquiry (Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR).
9. Cookies & tracking
This website does not set tracking or marketing cookies and does not embed external analytics services without your consent. Only technically necessary mechanisms (e.g. for language selection) are used.
10. Your rights
You have the right at any time to information (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. Please use the contact details given in the imprint.
